Quisieron Enterrarnos, pero no Sabían que Éramos Semilla is a Spanish langauge journal designed to support Spanish Language bilingual Teachers of Color in prioritizing their mental health and wellness. This journal is to be used in five-minute increments; Monday through Friday. The consumer will find daily templates, lined pages, and inspirational quotes and messages written by Dr. Michel.

Each writing prompt and every section within the daily templates are intentional. The prompts and exercises are based on research regarding teachers of color and mental health, mental health strategies, and Dr. Michel's own personal experience.
