Welcome! Like all of TOCM wellness resources, The Think Big; Start Small Playbook was designed with teachers of color in mind. It encourages us to dream big, it compartmentalizes the overwhelm that teachers experience and it celebrates the small wins we achieve towards our goals and dreams. It is in many ways a master to-do list, but it has the added twist of inspiring you to focus on what is going right, what you have completed, and the vision you want to have for your life and those you love.
